I couldn't believe Marlins' skipper Edwin Rodriguez pulled Josh Johnson with a 3-run lead in the top of the 7th at home. If that was Johan Santana pitching at Citi Field with a three-run lead, on Opening Day, there's no way he's coming out of that game. Johnson's supposed to be the Marlins ace, right. I'd be pretty upset if my manager pulled me out of a game like that.
As for the Mets, Josh Thole should be batting 7th, followed by Brad Emaus, 8th.
Wright's 0-for-4 night w/2 SO, not a good start for him.
What can you do, Terry Collins said it, "We've got 161 of these games left."

Get Well, Miguel
On the heels of the recent news involving Tigers Miguel Cabrera, here’s some statistical notes to enjoy.
2003-2010, 4 seasons with the Marlins not counting his rookie year, 115 RBIs, 32 HRs, .319 BA, all averages, not much speed, the classic run-producer who also hits for average…189 hits per season during his time with the Marlins, in obscurity no less…he was 20 years old when the Marlins won the World Series against the Yankees with Josh Beckett, Dontrelle Willis.
In his first season, 2003, he hit .268 in 87 games, 12 home runs in 314 AB, 62 RBIs, career strike outs, moderate…on-base pct., high three-eighties for his career.
3 seasons with the Tigers, under the tutelage of the well-traveled Jim Leyland, RBIs, 119 in three seasons, 36 dingers, all averages again, his home run numbers went up in the American League, durable, has stayed healthy throughout his career, averaged 678 plate appearances in seven full seasons...broke more than 300 total bases in last 7 seasons which is the majority of his career.
He has not won an MVP yet, closest was last season, he was the runner up in the American League, came in fifth for ROY in 2003 in the NL.
